More Than Thirty Years of Experience. Hundreds of Families. One Focus.

Josh Doyle, M.Ed., has dedicated his career to helping students, adolescents, young adults, and their families navigate some of the most difficult decisions they will ever face. With more than 30 years of experience, his entire career has been focused on students with challenges in learning, attention, social, emotional, and behavioral issues — as well as young adults who are struggling to find the traction necessary to move forward independently.

Josh works with families to understand their current situation, assess what has already been tried, and identify the right next step — whether that means a different school setting, a therapeutic program, or a higher level of support. He meets with students directly and collaborates with the therapists, physicians, and educators already involved in order to understand the full picture before making any recommendations.

Graduating from Castleton University with a B.A. in History and earning a Master of Education degree from Saint Michael's College, Josh's professional background spans teaching, residential work, admissions leadership in both specialized boarding schools and a small liberal arts college, and independent educational and therapeutic consulting since 2008.

Josh continues to stay current in the field through regular visits to specialized schools and therapeutic programs across the country. These visits give him first-hand knowledge of each program's strengths, limitations, and whether it is the right fit for a specific student at a specific time. He is also a frequent speaker and trainer for schools, programs, and clinical and educational professionals.

Josh is known for direct and honest communication. He will make every effort to connect families with the right support for their specific situation.
